Testing for Backflow.

First of all, here is an explanation. Backflow is considered the flow of liquid under reduced pressure into the distribution pipes of a potable water supply from any source other than the ones for which it was intended. All Home Plumbing wants to make sure you stay within compliance.

How often does your backflow preventor need to be tested? A reduced pressure zone assembly or abbreviated RPZ absolutely needs to be tested every year. Then, every five years it should be rebuilt. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that it is functioning properly at all times!

To stay up to date please call (423) 598-1466 and have your Chattanooga area plumber All Home Plumbing properly test for backflow. If your RPZ system needs rebuilding, they will do it professionally.
